Description of Design, Materials, and Technology:

2. Model W180 uses the imported 5-axis CNC machining to process the outer rim, which is up to the national and even international standard and provides a reliable guarantee for the quality and stability of the piano.
3. All the drilling work on the iron plate of the Model W180, the milling of agraffe and the joining of the various parts of the sound source are all done by high-tech numerical control machine, so as to achieve strict control of the precision and ensure the overall quality of the piano.
4. All wood and the whole production line are strictly temperature and humidity controlled, and use the locating hole technology throughout the entire process of piano manufacturing. Very rare to make the assembly precision to meet domestic and even international standards with a three-point locating mode and high precision CNC processing plant.
5. The keyboard damper felt of the W180 is made of German quality FFW felt from Würzen Co., with a solid wood keyboard to ensure the accurate and uniform key depth and good weather resistance. And it has the good weather resistance to ensure that the piano has a stable and consistent good feel in different environments.
6. The soundboard of W180 is made of Bavarian spruce boards imported from Austria, the hammers are made of German FFW hammer felt, and the strings are made of German ROSLAU strings to ensure the beautiful sound and the overtones.
7. The ribs and other wooden parts of W180 are meticulously crafted from a variety of woods from Northeast China or Russia.
8. W180 has a tilting soundboard with a resonance mechanism that increases the width of the soundboard, especially in the mid and bass area, and increases the effective vibrating area of the soundboard, thus producing a louder sound than any other similar type pianos. At the same time, there is a clear correspondence between the vibrator stress o the soundboard ad the string rows, effectively improving the sound quality of the piano.
9. Equipped with a slow fall lid, the operation is simpler and user-friendly.
10. The action of W180 is made of aluminum surrounding wood, which is not easy to deform and make it work stably.
11. Hollow flower design music desk, iron plate round hole decoration and other details make the piano look elegant.
12. The W180 lid is made of high quality white wood (oak), which is very stable and resistant to deformation.
